When I subscribe, am I automatically entered into all the prize draws, including Early Bird and the Grand Prize? 

When a person subscribes to the Win Amazing Prize Draw,
they will automatically receive entries each month into all Prize Draws. For
example, if you subscribe for £25 a month, you will receive 125 entries each
month (instead of 75 entries if you were to make a one off purchase for £225)
into individual Win Amazing Price Draw. This includes the Early Bird Prize in
all Prize Draw’s from the date subscribed. You can read more about the
deadlines for each Win Amazing Prize Drawn  in the Prize Rules section.

I made a mistake and didn’t mean to sign up for a subscription. Can I cancel my subscription and receive a refund on previous subscription?

To cancel your subscription, simply go to your account,
select “Manage Subscriptions” and click “Cancel”. Alternatively, you can
complete the “Model Cancellation Form” outlined in Section 5F(ii) of our
Subscription Terms of Use and send that via email to hellow@winamazing.co.uk.
Please note, you must cancel your subscription before it renews on the 1st of
the month, otherwise you will be charged for the next month.

Can I cancel my subscription and how?

Yes. If you wish to cancel your subscription, simply
go to your account, select “Manage Subscriptions” and click “Cancel”.
Alternatively, you can email the team at hello@winamazing.co.uk with the
subscription cancellation form as outlined in Section 6 of our Subscription
Terms of Use. Please note, you must cancel your subscription before it renews
on the 1st of the month, otherwise you will be charged for the next month.

Any entries into an applicable
Win Amazing Price Draw received before the date of cancellation will remain
eligible, subject to any eligibility of requirements detailed within the
T&C's for the applicable Win Amazing Price Draw

Are the odds the same of winning with subscription entries as I would if I didn’t use a subscription?

Yes! We can confirm that each single entry has the
same chance of winning as all the other single entry, regardless of the method
of entry. 

Subscriptions automatically
add Win Amazing Price Draw entry codes to your account each month.

How do I amend /update the method of payment for my subscription?

You can update your payment method(s) in the account
section of the winamazing.co.uk site. If you have questions, please email the
hello@winamzing.co.uk team

How do I view the Win Amazing Price Draw entry code(s) if i paid for them with my subscription?

To view your Win Amazing Prize Draw entry code(s), log
into your Win Amazing account. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see the entry code
for each of your Win Amazing Prize Draw subscription entries listed in your
order history. You can also find your entry code for each of your draws in your
associated order confirmation email.

If I cancel my subscription, do I keep the entries that I have already paid for?

You’ll keep the entries received for the Prize Draw
before the date you cancelled your subscription (subject to any T&C's).
However, If you receive a refund for any or all Win Amazing Prize Draw entries,
these entries will be withdrawn and will not be valid to win.

If I subscribe, when will I be charged every month?

When purchasing a subscription at Win Amazing, you
will be charged a subscription fee at the time of your subscription set up then
on the first of each calendar month thereafter. We do not take responsibility
for subscriptions being renewed each month, so please check you have entered
your details correctly. 

To find out when your next subscription payment
will occur, please log into your account and click on the “Manage
Subscriptions” link at the bottom of the recent order associated with your
subscription.
